How long does shipping take for new drops?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the US. For limited edition drops, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing due to high demand.

What is your return policy on performance apparel?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, compression gear and socks must be in unopened packaging.

How do I ensure I get the right fit for on-court gear?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our jerseys and hoodies are designed with an athletic fit; if you prefer a looser, 'streetwear' feel, we recommend sizing up.

Do you ship BucketSquad gear internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 10-21 business days. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Shop Pay Installments.

How should I wash my BucketSquad screen-printed tees?

To preserve the graphic and fabric quality, we recommend washing your apparel inside out in cold water and hanging them to air dry.
